Property Owner Associations have a series of documents that organize, guide, and provide rules and regulations for the community and the association. All property owners are members of the association and should download and keep these documents. Below are the three documents that organize the association, govern the board of directors, and provide the rules and regulations of the community.
Declarations
The declarations are the organizing documents created by BDH Properties, LLC, to create the subdivision. They lay out the plan for the community as it relates to the vision of the developer and gives the developer and later the board the right to impose assessments to provide for the care of common areas.
Bylaws
Bylaws are legal documents that govern the association and board of directors. They determine the number of directors, how they are elected, terms of service, and membership meetings and voting.
Rules & Regulations
The regulations define and extend some of the rights and authority granted by the developer and the association. It creates additional regulations for the community, guests, visitors, and others while living in the community.
